I've sold some one-liners, half a dozen sketches, twenty odd humorous articles, and collaborated on an "international sitcom" (failed) about 5 years ago.

I've written a short script for a sketch show called 'Underdog' that I'd like to do. Had no success with it though. I sent a copy off to Channel 4 but got no reply. I also sent a copy off to Talkback, but again got no reply. I would really love to get it produced and broadcast. I don't have an agent though, so maybe that's why I never got replies?...

How do people go about getting their scripts or ideas for comedy brought to the attention of film producers?

That's what I'd like to know.
