This series is shaping up to be a cracker, I saw a few episodes of series 5 in the states when i was over visiting my brother, over there they were showing 2 new episodes a week, glad it's spread out to one a week here, roll on the next 24 weeks!
I've heard that Series 6 is gonna be the last and it's gonna be a half series of 12 episodes, dull!
I thought the 1st episode of series 5 was a little poor tbh ( I am right in thinking that Thursdays 20th July was the 1st of the new series ???? )
So i checked the official site and the 1st episode of series 5 according to that site is called
"My Intern's eyes"
Yet the episode we saw on thursday was called
"My Rite of passage"
Which is the 2nd on the series
So why did we not get to see the 1st episode ??? and how many more episodes are we going to miss ??? Could be a very misjointed series, no wonder they are hiding it away on e4 and hardly advertising it al all :-/
Hi!!! I do not have access to watching E4 so when will they show the new Scrubs series on "normal" Channel 4???!!! I hope they do soon! Seems really unfair that it is not getting an advertising on it!
Series 5 of Scrubs is by far the worst. Most of it has aired in Ireland and it's been just terrible. The humour is more wacky and zany. It's lowering itself to the level of shows like Two and a half men, King of Queens and Friends.

Firstly, welcome! Secondly, not sure if they will, considering E4 is so easy to get now, like on freeview!
I like scrubs but I think its been going on too long, American show always seem to try and push it too far and by the end I've got bored. I'd much rather have a bit of something fab than loads of something mediocre. I still enjoy scrubs but its stopped being a show that I MUST stay in for.
I don't know its an impossible choice, i'll just have to hope that when I flip the coin it somehow explodes and kills me.
I haven't read the whole thread because i'm still currently watching season 4, and I don't want to run into any spoilers, so sorry if my questions have already been answered. But I was just wondering if Channel4 have finished showing season 5. And if they have, is there any information on when season 6 will be shown? Is it going to be at the same time as America?
I have only recently really started watching this, even though I had heard of it a while ago. I think it's a really underrated show, and deserves a lot more recognition than it currently gets. It's amazing, haven't seen a funnier programme since Friends ended.

i was thinking the same thing, the characters have lost all credibility and just seem to be spoof versions of themselves. the visual gags are still brilliant though like todd in his speedos "now that's a ten!" i want more todd jokes.
