Mine are:

-Russell Brand
-Des Bishop
- I liked Jack Dee last time I saw him doing stand-up on tv.
Tommy Tiernan is okay but the fame has gone a bit to his head and I don't think he is as funny anymore because of it.

There are some others I really enjoy I just can never think of them when people ask me Roll Eyes

A Russell Brand fan!!
And darn proud of it!!

Jimmy Carr. Nothing more to say, he needs no reasoning why, that's self-evident.

Seriously? I feel like killing someone everytime I'm forced to listen to him.

And who forces you? Are you under a very strange form of torture? If you are, and the punishment is having to watch Jimmy Carr over and over again, i'll gladly switch places. Smile

Hey guys, calm down. This is the comedy forum. We're supposed to be laughing, not having a pub fight over the internet. Eddie Izzard, all the way.

Nice choice Craigboy, George Carlin is good too. I wasn't aware he was Rufus in Bill and Ted's until a few years ago.

Waheyyyy!! I love Bill Bailey! He is bloody funny. And a surprisingly good musician. He is so much better than any other comedian..... by far.

Saying that i do like Dylan Moran, Ross Noble and Ricky Gervais. i did like Alan Partridge when he did stand-up, it wasnt really standup though, it was basically him ridiculing people.

Gotta be Eddie Izzard, with Bill Hicks and Mitch Hedburg following up as a close joint second ( if you don't know who the late great Mitch Hedburg is check his stuff out- it's well worth it)
