Right, obviously there are SO MANY inspired comedy moments from all 4 series, but i'll start with, Series 1, Ep 2:
When Jez is sitting in the bath, Mark is telling him about the interview at JLB, and Jex thinks to himself that he will fail the interview, and laughs out load, a really evil laugh!
And in the same ep, when Jez is at the interview, and realises he might be charming the woman, he decides to do something to put her off, and pulls that strange face at her, saying its a facial tick PMSL

I love this scene, especially when Jez accuses Mark of having an unhealthy interest in fantasy magazines. Mark's response - "I LITERALLY have no idea of what he's talking about!"
