I saw this the other week and I have to say that I found the film ridiculous.
The film could not make up it's mind whether it wanted to be a comedy or a serious portrayal of a comic book story.
Nicolas Cage certainly couldn't be taken seriously, especially with the dodgy hairdo.
The plot went from ludicrous to even more ludicrous as it went on.
I'm not sure what audience they were aiming for with this.

No wonder they were giving the dvd away free when you buy a Playstation 3.
