I cannot believe that I waited so long to see this film!
In history a few weeks ago in a history lesson we were talking about some early US outlaws, including Al Capone, and the infamous Bonnie Parker and Clyde Barrow. Obviously, I had heard of them before and knew a little bit about the two, but became interested in seeing a director's take on their short lives.
Faye Dunaway and Warren Beatty were excellent as the notorious 'Bonnie & Clyde' and I thoroughly enjoyed the whole film--I couldn't believe that I had gone 15 years without seeing it.
It may be rather old, but I would highly recommend you see it if you haven't before.
What I don't understand, though, was the 18 certificate? Was it because of people being more uptight about the use of guns in the 60's or because they felt a mild scene of sensuality, a few curse words and violence was too much for under 18's?
