The US writers vote this week whether to end their 14-week-old strike. But even if they do, the despute's not quite over yet.
The WGA officials gave their nod to the new contract at the weekend.
All we need now is the writers to ratify the contract, which will take a few more weeks.
Keep an eye on The TV Show website, for updates on the strike and what it means for C4 programmes.

Well, according to the radio this morning, the strike is over, and the writers are going back to work after coming to an agreement with the studios about being paid for webstreaming sites.

Here’s the latest on when the Channel 4’s strike-hit US shows are due back on air. There are no exact dates until a couple of weeks before shows go on air, but it should help put a few minds (and rumours) to rest.

There’s details of the next series of Desperate Housewives, Scrubs, One Tree Hill, Brothers & Sisters, My Name is Earl, Without a Trace, Smallville and Ugly Betty. ER, The Big Bang Theory and Reaper are already on air. Are there any that have been left out?

Also it’s The TV Show this Saturday. Are you interested in contributing to the main debate? They are:
