Why is there a clock during The TV Show? We know it's live and it's not as if it's breakfast telly and everyone has to get off to work shortly.

I cannot see any justification for this, and as I've pointed out before (and didn't get an answer) when it's on C4+1 we then see the time as it was an hour ago and the huge "+1" logo, so we're expected to do maths as well(?)
