The Channel 4 Viewers' Editor wants to know what you reckon to How to Look Good Naked. Is it refreshing to have a show about real women, rather than skinny models? Or do you consider this inappropriate nakedness pre-watershed?
While we’re on the subject, what’s your opinion of this concept of ‘the watershed’, in general? Whether or not you are parents, let us know what you think.
Read and comment on Looking good naked.
How to Look Good Naked made it into the Cheers & Grumbles Top 10. See what other programmes were most loved/unloved last month.
While you’re on The TV Show site, maybe check out Forum Buzz, for our (very brief) pick of the forum discussions from the first two weeks of December.
And please let us know what you think of these features.

I think Goks show is fantastic, because he raises the participants esteem it works far better than other shows, suzannah and trinny used to be very condescending, i have noticed they have changed, no doubt they realised they had to change their attitudes, it is more realistic to have differently shaped women as the viewers can relate to issues being important eg our body shapes can be a problem yet Gok shows us how to overcome them, cheers

MrsDiddy:
I realise that it sounds a little nutty, but to comment on The TV Show site you need to be registered with Channel 4. This logon will work for all C4 websites, but it's a different system to the one used by C4 forums, so you have to register once more. Sorry for the confusion and thanks for trying.

AndyCardiff:
Would you take part?

All:
I forgot to point out that if you post on The TV Show site over the festive period – which we hope you will – there might be a bit of a delay before it appears as comments are pre-moderated and the Mods deserve a holiday too.

Merry Christmas

It is nice to see "real" women but the show has gone off the boil a bit, it needs a little juzzing up itself. You know what is going to happen every time, perhaps a little make over for the programme? I love Gok Wan, he has a true feel, (if you'll pardon the expression) for the human form in all it's shapes and sizes, but the show does need a bit of a revamp.

i took part in the show, episode 1 of series 3.

i (obviously) really enjoyed it, it was 3.5 months of total self-indulgence. gok was fantastic as were teh whole team. what the viewers never realize is how much of their lives they dedicate to making a show like this, they spend 6+ months of their lives living and breathing this show to make it work. as a viewer its hard to realize how much work goes into making a tv show. we should appreciate that more!

doing this has showed me how easy it was to get in a rut and be down on myself. i think a lot of women can relate to this and the tips are great each week - the product testing is fab, i have used some of the better products from the last series and they are making a huge difference to my skin. i think the media has a lot to answer for in terms of the body image it presents to women (and men) and this kind of show is trying hard to combat that. how many of us really look like those images in magazines? all they are doing is reinforcing a negative feeling within so many women that they do not measure up. in fact the reality is that women dont need to measure up, gok is trying to show us all that we dont need to look like those people we are all gorgeous in our own way, you just have to get out there and discover what is your beauty.

i know there are literally thousands of women that are moved and motivated by this show, i have been approached weekly since doing the show by women (and men Wink) who have told me how positive they feel about themselves after watching it. this show is sending out vital and important messages to the women of britain that they are okay and are allowed to be happy with themselves.

my life has certainly changed substantially since doing the show and i think that there are lots of viewers that would agree with my views.

p.s. officer crabtree - just so you know i dont think there were any grannies on this series (or past ones) get your info correct before you slinging criticisms!!!

I agree with the person who says a lot of us feel a lot better , i do after seeing each show, i always reckon the participants will surely feel better afterwards, some seem so sad i am almost in tears myself, then i continue watching and see the processes they go thru to have such confidence, by the time they are on the catwalk they are transformed, people at home get so much help aswell, i went and got measured for a new bra only to find out i needed a totally different size, so yes it must be thousands are helped each week Santa

Watched last night's show and for the first time ever I think Gok got something wrong. The hair was in my opinion an unmittigated disaster. The clothes, make up and the nude pic were great but the hair just made her look like a pantomime dame. Not the style but the colour combined with the style, it just looked hideous. Sorry Gok, didn't like this at all, she looked so pretty and then that hair spoiled it.

Unfortunately, I can text photos in but not email them. I've explained that with my application, but nobody's got back to me. Looks like it's not going to be good for the show, so you won't be seeing me in the altogether any time soon!

I do really enjoy this show but can't understand why we need to see some of the 'testers' completely starkers? It's great to love your body but to show it to all and sundry is another matter all together. Is it really necessary to be naked while testing mascara? I feel that underwear should be compulsory, especially as I'm ususlly eating my dinner when it's on!
