I think Gok means well and does give these women confidence, but he also encourages them to stay the size they are and not to lose weight, when some of them could be facing health risks at their weight. I think there is a happy medium and Gok should encourage some exercise and healthy eating too, otherwise some of the women will think it's fine to be that size. And I am not saying this because of what they physically look like - but for the sake of their health.

How to Look Good Naked was one of the top 10 most-complemented shows in January. See Cheers & Grumbles for more details. Thanks for your interesting feedback on How to Look Good Naked here and on The TV Show. AndyCardiff – I’ll ask if there are any plans for an equivalent for men (but they might not tell me).

Thanks. I did get sent an application form and sent it back, but no reply as I can't email the requested pictures back. I am, however, able to text them in, but no reply from that suggestion yet

I agree with Tweety, they should lose a bit of weight and then they'd look far better naked. When they do the naked photo shoot at the end of the show, it always involves hiding the unpleasantness of the wobbley bits, if not, they wouldn't look good naked and there'd be no programme.

I love the show and think it is on at the perfect time. We watch it has a family, my husband (not because of the naked bodies) watches it and it helps him to understand how I feel. My daughters 22,16 watch it they love the tips and advice Gok gives out(and they love Gok). They are both pretty slim but they do lack confidence and self-esteem in body looks( I think thats my fault)and I watch it because I can relate to the women on the programme. It makes me feel that I'm not the only one out there. Keep going I look forward to every episode

I love the program - I often talk about it with friends of mine from college and in the staff room at lunch time - Everyone loves Gok - he is great - He makes people feel great about who they are. So much so that recently I had the opportunity to do a photo-shoot for a photographer who was building a portfolio of intimate photographs she had a very small model and I just happen to mention that i would love to do it but wouldn't have the guts - so she offered to do a photo-shoot for me - bear in mind i am a size 22/24 - I followed some of the advice from the show and the photos were fantastic what he says actually works. It has increased my self esteem and body image - The show works it show real people and real issues Go Gok!!!!

Fantastic show - Gok is truly amazing ; he's fun, helpful, non-judgemental, inventive, personable, tactful, engenders self-confidence in all his ladies and is just a thoroughly good person.
Knowing that he has been overweight and unhappy himself, in earlier years, makes it all the more convincing when he encourages his ladies. I want to see more of Gok - not HIS nakedness! ... just more exposure on the TV.
I love Gok and so does my gay son, who is studying for a BA in Fashion Design. He met Gok in Balans restaurant in Soho recently and said 'Hi' to him. It truly made his day!
