Well hasn’t everyone got an opinion on scheduling?
So far this year C4 has received over 3,000 enquiries about scheduling.
So what’s your burning question: Why does C4 keep us in suspense about when the new series is on? Why did they change the date/time of my show at the last minute?
When I receive my Radio Times every week I plan the following week's viewing. So what really gets my goat is when you transmit a programme that isn't in the schedules. For instance: a famous comedian dies, so you broadcast an hour's tribute to the person that same evening, or shortly after.
Everyone loses out! Those who would have liked to have watched the tribute programme miss it because they don't know it's on, and those who wanted to watch the programme it replaced, miss the show they wanted to watch.

I suspect on this particular forum, that'll be the main bugbear! So take heed and just ruddy well stop it!
I second this motion. Same goes for TV shows, too, especially imported programmes, except for those which are routinely screened in early evening (edited) slots closely followed by an uncut post-watershed version (Smallville and One Tree Hill are the most obvious examples of that).
But for feature films, the practice of scheduling inappropriate titles in afternoon/early evening slots and editing them without warning audience's beforehand, and then refusing to show an uncut post-watershed version, must stop. Relying on most people's ignorance of this practice simply isn't good enough.
C4, could you please start using E4 for its original purpose, being exclusive. Fine it is free to air, but it doesn't mean you should then just show new episodes of US or UK shows just after its original airing or a week after. Remember when ER and Friends would be shown a month and six months respectively before its terrestrial broadcast. And maybe US shows should be shown during summer, whilst they are shown from January on E4, so really we are up to date. And during winter, Channel 4 can focus on home grown entertainment, and show new episodes during summer.
I think the only foreign-language film I've seen put on during primetime slots on Channel 4 is Amélie. While an absolutely beautiful piece of filmmaking, I'd love to see more of these films put on in these slots.
All of us from the 'Desperate Housewives' forum are in agreement, and think DH should be on at 9pm on Wednesdays, not 10pm. We think it will rake in more viewers (because some people go to bed for 10!) and watch it on 4OD instead!
But keep it on Wednesdays! That IS 'Desperate Housewives' day!

Yeah Desperate Housewives should have the Wednesdays at 9:00 I know 5 of my friends who cant watch it because they need to be up fo3r work and school, and my two cousins need to go to bed for 10 and so they can't watch it either. It would help alot of people and reel in a lot more viewers.
brothers and sisters shouldn't be on so late!!!!! if its because of the day its on change the day. also people have said they changed it because the ratings decreased. the ratings decreased because they chahged the time slot to like 12pm. they did the same with the final series of will and grace. could we please sort it out so its not on so late.
