Gabrielle and Carlos are shocked when the father of their baby shows up to take the baby back. Cops and a lawyer arrive to a house on Wisteria Lane. Lynette tries to help Ed heat up his sex life. Meanwhile, Karl decides to break up with Edie, as Edie has no idea that Susan is the "other woman." Edie causes a fight to break out in a bar, after she trips a waitress. Lastly, Bree is taken a step forward to help Peter when she finds out how bad his other addiction is.

ok bein 2 behind is bettter woooo!!!

* Susan * She could tell Edie the truth now sooner than later. But it will be fun to watch.

* Bree * This woman is always facing a challange and thats is what makes her the bravest & best

* Lynette * Im sick of Lynette throwing a spanner in the works, bout time she would own up, She has alrady sacrificed too much in the workplace.

* Gabrille * I dont think her and Carlos being parents was meant to be. But these challanges will certainly make them better parents if they get the opportunity. The get everything thrown at them when they try do the right thing.

* Edie * This woman is a drama~queen. Does she not realise when something bad happins, Mayer is always behind it.

* Betty * This woman is about to loose her son to a teenage stint. Things are going to cause an upset to everyone in the Applewhite household.

This was abrillant episode. Very good storylines and very emotional at the end.

Eva Longoria acted her socks off in this ep with the variety of her scenes etc and MUST get a lead actress Emmy nomination on this episode alone plus for her great performances during this 2nd season where she has proved her character is no longer one dimensional thanks to the brilliant scripts/Material she has been given by the writers.

P.S-Of Course Marcia as Bree was superb as per usual.

Thoughts on "It Wasn't Meant To Happen"

Gabrielle/Carlos/Lily/dale/Frank/Libby - A plot in which I feel for the Solis' is always interesting and man I felt bad for Gabby for losing her baby. Eva Longoria did a great job in Gabby's despair at losing a child too. Hate Frank, he only wants the child to control Libby.

Bree/Peter/Claude - Lost fans, you'll see the actor who Claude pretty soon but surely Bree was out of line for getting him arrested like that. I continue to like Peter as a character but I have a feeling that Bree is going to get hurt in the long run.

Betty/matthew/Caleb/Danielle - First off, Betty - don't be resorting to extreme measures when legal ones work just as effectively. Caleb - watch your back. Matthew - when did you become so mean and Danielle - go away you dumb girl.

Susan/Edie/Karl - Someone is going to get one hell of a smnackdown pretty soon. Man, can Edie get even or what? Karl, I liked you in the first half of this season but now you're a total coward.

Lynette/Ed - Weakest plot this week. Ed is one serious wimp. Why doesn't he divorce that wife of his instead of trying to have Tom fired? Lynette will have some explaining to do.
