I admit Lynette is absolutely a control freak. She likes to call the shots, she likes things her way. Thing is I don't feel this label is fairly applied to her. It's like the spotlight shines on her when it comes to this and is ignored in others who have the same flaw. It almost feels like everytime Lynette opens her mouth to express what she wants or give her opinion she's guilted and accused of ripping off Tom's equipment. I'm even talking about at the start of a discussion (where she's being perfectly calm and reasonable) It's almost like she supposed to have no right to want anything for herself and is guilted into feeling she's morally wrong for having a will of her own. I'm not saying she doesn't deserve the label, but I feel it's exaggerated. Pretty much blown up and used agaisnt her.
I may be far behind with Desperate Housewives 'gossip', but i never knew Lynette was sterotyped as a control freak. If she is that is unfair judgement, she does not seem that controlling, if she is can you blame her? She's a mother with 5 CHILDREN, heck if that was me, i'd be... well i would go completely crazy!
