This was good but seriously I've seen better on this show and in this season.
I must be the only person left who doesn't care about Gablos. Now I don't like Victor and nor do I sympathise with Edie but onve again, both Gabby and Carlos refuse to take responsibility for their actions. Gabby was right to defend herself from Victor but she was hasty in knocking him overboard twice. Carlos likewise was a plank for goading the guy.
Edie, well that better be her last bit of involvement with Gablos. I want better storylines for her from here on out. Less of being a manipulative shrew and more of being awesome bitchy like instead.
The Katherine and Dylan thing made no progression and it was obvious that Katherine was lying about the note. It undermined the earlier scene with Dylan being able to stand up to her mother as well. The lack of Adam was a little bad and I don't care about him too much but I felt we needed him tonight. And I missed Bob and Lee.
Lynette's sisters Lydia and Lucy are horrible bints but I get where they're coming from. If my mother behaved like Stella, I wouldn't want her anywhere near me either. Love Sarah Paulson and Lynette got some great moments with her sisters ("every fight has ended with my foot on your neck and I guarantee this one will to"). Lynette rarely catches a break.
Stella's not feeble and I don't see why she can't look after herself. Lucy and Lydia weren't catering to her before Lynette's cancer and she's well able to go. Her departure was sad. I'll miss her but at least Lynette has Karen.
Bree and Orson were too funny for words. Orson writing that letter is so in character for him and I do think Bree was being disrespectful to his feelings. A little conflict between them is good but I still want them to last. I care about them as a couple more than anyone else on the show.
Julie involved with the Katherine/Dylan mystery is a good thing. Susan and Mike, I thought the drug plot was fine. Nice scenes between Teri and James and even nice throwback to Bree's alcoholism in S2 as well. 8/10.
