on the abc website, on dh videos, we see the making of it and the director says something along the lines of:

'it was so much fun shooting the finale'

does this mean the final scene of s2 or 3, or does it mean the final season? or the final bit of the promo.

I think he means the promo, as that is what they're talking about at that time, but u neva no!

i agree that the season 3 promo doe look finalising, bt i dont know what they will do, i hope it doesnt finish anytime soon, they wont cancel it because it bring in too much money but marc cherry may want t to go out on a high!!

I don't think they cud ever possibly cancel a programme like DH, and I certainly think there wud be a 4th and 5th season. It's just 2 big!
