I heard about Mike getting run over, but I'm confused as to when it happened...

It didn't happen at the end of Season 2 did it? Because I did watch that episode but maybe I missed something.

yup it did it was like one of the last things that happened...
it was the crazy orson guy hence my funkydelic i hate orson club
and then susan thought he stood her up but really he was being runover...twas a shame

Regarding your question as to when, it was in the last episode of series 2, at the very end.

We have Bree/Matthew/Danielle scene- where Matthew gets shot.
Then we have Mike getting run over by who we think is Carl, but really it's Orson.
Then we see Susan ringing Mike, thinking she's been stood up
Then we have Orson going to give flowers to Bree.

END!
