Looking on Wikipedi a, it says that ABC has stated that 7 additional episodes will be filmed, in addition to the 10 episodes already filmed.
Looks like a shorter season folks

Brenda Strong (Mary A Young) has said that some whole storylines have been cut.

This is all due to the WGA strike.

I know.. But at least the season finale is planned as a two hour finale ^^,

and some of the story lines that were cut looked very interesting! :'(

Mary Alice ( Brenda Strong ) also said that what they have done is wrapped up nearly ALL of Marc Cherry's storyline for this season IN the additional 5 episodes... so these new 5 episodes will be JAM PACKED with amazing drama drama drama !!!!!!! So it's more quality .. but less quantity !!

Marc Cherry has also announced that the series finale has a massive twist and it will change the whole enitre season.

Also a few weeks ago he told the housewives they should feel personaly threatened by a huge twist that is coming up, maybe it the series finale twsit? I dunno but I know none of them will die they have all been signed up till series 7

the way last night was going i felt a big possibility that Lynette may die. However i then remembered rading about how long all of the leads had signed up for. And i thaught to myself, wonderwoman Felicity Huffman wouldnt let them kill her off anyway.

I think the reason for the tornado episode was to attract more viewers - if channel 4 advertise it to the maxxxx then they will get more viewers But yeh - if they drop to an all-time low ( which tbh I can't believe cause the quality of the show is top-class ....still ) they won't have to think twice about killing a character - and if what u said is true - bye bye Edie xxxxx
