In series one, Gabrielle burns Carlos' passport but I read that in a later episode (that I missed) she gives it to the police so they will give him bail.

Was it another passport or what? I know I sound a bit pedantic (or Bree =p) here but it's been puzzling me since I read it!

He asked her to burn it... but she didnt.

nah he said burn the papers that were with it, and she didnt, but she burned the passport alright, i saw that much

I agree with pink_gloves. Gabby did burn Carlos' passport, I can remember her throwing it in the fire but as becky_23 says its easy enough to obtain another passport. Or maybe the producers made a little mistake with this storyline.

i fort she didn't burn it. i fort she kept it jus incase she wanted to...(i dunno)bribe him or something

she did burn it!! i watched that episode recwntly and you seen it was all charred!

yeh i havw the boxest. she did burn it, but then coz it was plastic and whatever its made out of it didnt completely burn, it was black and smokey. she didnt burn the papers though until he foudn them himslef!
