So.. what do you think the deal is with the mysterious person living under the new neighbours' house is? I'm guessing that they're a violent person, seeing as:

a. The mother and the son had to go down together.
b. The son had to bring a gun for protection.

The hand looked like a woman's. What does everyone think?

And, please - don't spoil it for me.

i always thought it was going to be a child but after seeing that hand i think it just might possibly be her husband

maybe he is a bit mad so they needed a gun just to scare him if he started trying to escape

what do you think ???

then again lets not be sexist it looked like a womans hand so maybe its her wife/partner ?

Yes I think it is the husband.But the husband isnt really dad because the son said to bree that he was and when bree walked away the mum said to the son why did you say that and he said so people wouldnt get thinking basic\ally i think they have a secert to do with the hubby does anyone have any ideas???????/ Big Grin

i think it's the husband/father as well, because of the fact that she made a big deal of the widow thing being an act. however, i've read an interview with the lady who plays betty applewhite, and she said that it's not what we think, although that might have been referring to the reasons that the person is imprisoned. just something to think about.

If he is the boy's father, if his skin colour is infact white, and if the woman is the boy's mother, then surely the boy would have a lighter skin colour?

I think that the person in the basement is Zak. But it will propberly be her husband just because her son said to Bree and her daughter that his dad was dead to. So who knows......

As this is a no spoiler thread, all I will say is most of you are on the wring track, which is par of the course for DH. But one or two or you are thinking along the right line, but why do you think he's being kept down there in the first place. (I know as am watching the US episodes but at this stage, what are you ideas?)
