I have one theory of what the 'secret' might beee, errr i'll put it in white even though it's only what i think.

Theory 1; When Katherine lived there before, Dillian died in the room she was in at the end, that's why she suddenly left. she adopted another girl, and called her Dillian and acted like nothing happened, that's why Dillian can't remember anything. And when Julie said 'that's not the same girl' she actually meant it, not jsut that she's a lil diff but it's a COMPLETELY different person.

OR maybe it is the same girl but something bad happened to her & Katherine did something to her so she can't remember what happened when she lived there.
