I went to see the new Harry Potter film yesterday and was very disappointed with the amount of detail that was left out. Big chunks were missing for example the build up to the Quidditch World Cup. Even though the special effects were amazing it felt like one big rush to cram in the plot and get to the end. Does anyone else agree?

the whole massive thing wiv rita skeeter and dobby didnt even make one appearance!!! n it was also supposed 2 include winky!!! its just upsetting they left so much out of it when it could have been so good - i mean the special effects were and everything but they could have made the story better. They could fit it all in if they had a break in between like in the theatre then the cinemas would make more money 2 - it just makes more sense!

i wasn't really expecting it to be good when i heard that they were gonna squeeze it al in to 1 film. idiots.

i liked the film but i agree they did leave alot of things out. im a massive fan of the books though and much prefer them. it seemed very rushed to me even though it was a long film. i think it would have been better as 2 films instead of trying to fit so much into one. (and im sure they could have done a better job with mad eye moodys eye). Apart from that i thought it was quite good especially the graveyard scene. but did the death eaters remind anyone else of the kkk?

it was good but there is bits which are important to OTTP that the cut out which will need explaining like the joke shop and about Hagrid's and snape's jobs for the order plus the whole thing bout rita being an animagus. I guess ina way they are going to bring in Dobby in the next film because he does help harry out alot!

maybe the joke shop is in the next book - which book did Harry give them his prize money 4 the shop 4 or 5???

Is it just me or did any1 else cry when Harry landed back outside the maze after the graveyard with Cedric n he was crying over his body???

he got the money at the end of task three but i have no idea how the hell they are gonna fit that in. according to mugglenet, they have cast the part for Tonks and the actress playing Luna will be announced in January and they are looking for young lilly,james,snape,sirius and lupin now - am considering going for lilly evans

shucks am too late for it i misread it - its in the final stages for all the parts but they're not sure whether the sneaky Marrieta Edgecombe is gonna be in it but if she aint im not gonna be happy coz she does play quite a big part in the book regarding harry and Cho and they aint sure about Lavender Brown yet although they dont need to worry bout her until HBP

they musta bin! scary... the films always miss loads out, which will mess evrything up on the last few... if you're guna make a film of this stuff, @ least make sure u fit most of it in! grrrr. i do like the films tho, effects r wicked, its just how much isnt there that u mite av bin lukin 4wud 2... they better put the jokeshop in it

I have just downloaded the 1st harry potter book onto my mp3 player can't be bothered to read it so will listen to it instead

i perfer them on audio cd
1. cos im lazy
2.cos i can put it on my mp3 and listen to it whenever i want
3. all the lazyness of the films (not having to read) but you hear the whole thing
