no no this is the one....the one with the prom vidoe...at the end when rachel goes up 2 ross and kisses him. I love that bit, also when Rachel is closing up central perk and we see ross on the other side of the window and its all raining etc....
but i do agree that when chandler proposes to monica is def 1 of the most romantic moments and also their wedding when chandler says his vows from the heart awww...
