I would say Pheobe because she's wacky and has her own style. She doesn't care what people think of her and thats good!

I think Rachel, cause shes always had good fashion sense and it helps she works in a fashion company place

Rachel has some great clothes... although some odd fashion back in the day, lol. its funny to watch the old ones and think "what are they wearing!"

but yeh rachel, she looks good in everything really
