The forums won't refresh!! It's really annoying! Anyone know how to fix this?

mine has bin playing up as wel!!! i cudnt c wot ppl had wrote and wen i clicked bac on it hadnt updated wot i'de put on...and the times hav bin a bit funny 2....

it's been going on for a few days now,what i do is somtimes go through someone's post,and click on the page number,it doesn't always work tho.
