Apparently, you know when theres a scene with the both of them, and when one of them is talking you usually see the back of the other ones head? Well thats Lisas sister

no they dont have to do that they record to scenes and then edit each frame from the scene individualy and insert ursula into the frames then the frames are played back on the tape player like a normal video and you can see both characters

thats how they did austin powers because he also plays dr evil
