Hi,

I have downloaded the 40D desktop program but I have been having 2 same error messages for about a week, can anyone help?.

1st error
"unknown error whilst contacting the Quova service"

2nd error
"The error was:unknown error".

I get both these messages regardless of wether I try to stream or download for later viewing.

I contacted support and they told me to reboot the pc LOL!

Thanks in advance, I also experienced the Kservice error but fixed that.

just thought I would add tonight it is working fine, hurrah!. I have done nothing so maybe the service was down all along?
