Hiya, As of yesterday I haven't been able to get past a certain point on 4OD, where it stops totally and you just get a blank blue screen with the autumn leaves banner at the top. You can go in, search for the programme you want, click 'stream now'...and then just as it clicks over to the page where you would normally log in at that point, you get the blue page with the autumn leaves banner and you can't refresh the page. Closing 4OD and opening it again doesn't help. Any ideas?

This could be to do with overloading of the peer-to-peer software. It seems that if you have more than a few downloads going at the same time, the KService.exe process becomes overactive and cannot respond in a timely manner.
Restarting the 4oD application/systray applet does not restart the underlying peer-to-peer software. Restarting the computer does.
Try not downloading more than two programmes at once and reduce your list of kept programmes. If you cannot access your list of programmes, try disconnecting from the internet and using 4oD offline.
