I hope someone here can help!

I've recently bought a new laptop, with Windows Vista home premium installed on it. Ever since then I've not been able to watch 4OD.

I've tried everything, including all the DRM changes etc.

4OD installed on my laptop without any problems. The adverts then show before me and my girlfriend try to watch Hollyoaks...

...But just as teh 4OD bit ends and Hollyoaks is about to start, we get the error - vodapp.grid.channel4.com/c4site-web/c4player.do?.programme112682.

It then takes me onto a licence acquisition page, but the play button is never active and able to be pressed.

Now I'e activated all the media rights using overdrive media console but we still can't watch anything.

We're running WMP11

Can anybody throw any solutions our way?...

This problem may be caused by having the clock set incorrectly on your PC.

Right click on the clock at the bottom right of your screen and select Adjust Date/Time. Ensure your Date and Time are set correctly and your Time Zone is set to Greenwich Mean Time (GMT). You will need to be logged in as
an admin user to be allowed to do this.

Please test 4oD using Free content
