Does anyone else think that the claimed 'response within 24 hours' from the 4OD helpdesk is a complete joke?
I've contacted them several times and I've never heard back within 24 hours. I've only ever heard back when emailing again with my original error number.
I'm so annoyed that they aren't helping me with this problem. It's not worked since they did that upgrade thing and that was weeks ago!!
I'm close to doing the same. Can't even log in at certain times. If their system is stretched out for the amount of users they should stop advertising.
Well, I did get a reply - not within 24, but possibly 36 hours. And, the reply was a thought out (sent by a human !) answer to my problem with 4oD. The fact that the answer was of no use to me is beside the point (it related to the very slow download time for a film - 6 days, and still only 30% complete, so I cancelled it. The answer was to not use the internet connection for anything else, and it would run faster. Rather misses the point in having the broadband connection, I thought)
