4oD has disappeared from my computer when I doubleclick on the desktop item it doesnt load and I've tried going to programs and clicking on it there but it still doesnt work and also the icon in the system tray has also disappeared and that is how I usually access it. Please can anyone help me i'm getting really fed now because I cant download anything

the last time that you went on 4od, before it stopped loading, did it ask you to upgrade? if it did then loads of people are having the same problem as the upgrade doesn't complete, then it removes your previous 4od. you should go onto the 4od and try to download it again, if it stops half way through read some of the other discussions, because loads of people are having the same problem

I was still able to use it ages after i upgraded it and then i hadnt used it for about a week and then it stopped working

Yes, please help. I have exactly the same problem. I've recently changed my internet security from Norton to ZoneAlarm (is this the cause of it?!) and I saw on one post somewhere to allow kservices.exe through my firewall but it doesn't seem to even be there to allow so I'm stumped on that one. But no response from the Tech crew. I'm hoping they'll sort out the problem asap.
