Kontiki errors usually occur because of your connection configuration or your security software settings.
1. Please ensure that KService.exe and KHost.exe are added as exceptions to your antivirus, spyware and firewall software and allowed full access to the internet.
Sometimes security software mistakenly blocks KService.exe and KHost.exe but they 100% safe services that are essential to 4oD.

KService.exe and KHost.exe are stored here: C:\Program Files\Kontiki
Please test 4oD using free content.
If the problem persists please follow the instructions below.
2. If you still receive Kontiki errors but only on occasion then follow the steps below:
Please power off your modem and/or router, wait 30 seconds then power it on again.
If you are using a wireless connection a Kontiki error can occur because of a low connection level. Please attempt to use a wired connected and check if you still experience this error.
Connecting to the Internet using a proxy is known to cause problems in some cases. If possible could you attempt to connect without the proxy to see if this resolves the issue.
