Firstly congrats on making an online service to watch progs on the PC - can never have enough streaming services.

1st suggestion: After ive watched a free show im led right back to the password screen, if watch something else then i have to enter password, repeat, repeat, repeat. After a while it gets annoying - i tried setting it to PIN and then i found i had to enter 2 passwords? The pin and then the username password.

Please can you make it so if you choose the PIN option it wont ask you to enter your password again untill you close/reopen the 4od program.

2nd suggestion: You really need competetive prices if you want people that are not rich to use 4od for the rental service.

If i wanted to watch, lets say Desperate Housewives season 1 at 99p per episode, if i was to watch the whole season i would be basically paying £23 to rent the whole season.

Why on earth would anyone pay that much to watch only once a season for £23 when you can buy Season 1 dvd boxset from amazon or even cheaper at ebay and not only have a hard copy which looks nice on the shelf but you can watch as many times as you want.

Its almost like your cornering yourself to one corner of the market - the people that have that money to throw away.

I hate this, because to be fair the bbc content is lacking, and hasn't got as much aimed at the 16-30 audiance, in my opinion.

Where as channel 4 have tones of decent content. Reaper, dirty sexy money (though its finished now) desperate housewives, peep show, the inbertweeners, skins, brothers and sisters, dispatches (yeah, aimed at a wider audience I know) but all this decent content, which mac users can't get!

Lets say, the disney ABC don't let you play dirty sexy money, desperate housewives or reaper in flash, (I'm not sure who owns the rights to brothers and sisters). So yeh, ok abc disney wants all this DRM but what about peep show and all the stuff channel 4 makes, why is that coated in DRM Surely you can protect it like the bbc have using flash
