I keep getting a Delivery Manager error when I go to check my downloads. Has anyone else had this?

Yes, I have. I have just paid for an ER episode but now 4 on demand won't launch and I keep getting the same delivery manager error message. I don't understand what it is or how to fix it, also I want to watch the downloads I've paid for before they expire! If anyone can help I'd be grateful

Hi ! I've had this problem for ages and found no fix for it ! It worked one minute then it just randomly stopped, iplayer 4od and itv catch up and I must tell ya am mighty cheesed off ! Whos to blame microsoft or the channels ?? No one will take responsibility for it and work out a solution, it seems they just wanna pass you around from forum to forum ! I would love sumone who doesn't work for 4 to come up with some realistic solution i.e. a patch for some (mucked up microsoft update) to fix this as I miss 4od massively !

I had this problem a few days ago, and resolved it tonight by doing the following:

1. Uninstalled BBCi
2. Attempted to uninstall 4OD via Windows, but chose the repair option instead. This had the effect of resolving the Kontiki issue.
3. Reinstalled BBCi

Now everything works fine.
