I am trying to install 4od from the main site. I meet all the system and other requirements. When it runs the 4od installer.msi, it goes so far, then exits with a "Wizard was interrupted" error. A restart, etc. never clears this problem. There is no other MSI/Windows Installer activity running as far as I can see (I know that Windows Installer has to complete one MSI installation before it can initiate another MSI install).
All I get logged to eventviewer is: 11708 MSIInstaller Product: 4oD -- Installation operation failed.
There are no other useful MSI/Windows Installer logs to ascertain why the install is failing.
I am running Windows XP SP2, IE7, have full admin rights over machine.
The 4oD support team are currently investigating this error and will contact you directly as we may need to obtain further information from you in order to provide an accurate resolution.
