I got this within 10 minutes after submitting the problem (as you did)
Thank you for your email regarding 4oD.
Please remove and re-install 4oD to see if a clean installation will resolve this issue.
If this is unsuccessful, please attach the following log files to your response so that I may further investigate:
C:\Documents and settings\All Users\Application Data\Kontiki\Error.log, Error2.log, etc
These files may be stored in a hidden folder and so it may be nevessary to go to start, my computer, c:\, documents and settings, tools, folder options, view, show hidden files and folders, apply before continuing to the error log folder.
