I have downloaded 4od, but when I try to register it says my email address is already in use, and when I try to log in with my details from channel4.com it says email address already in use, so I can't actually get onto the site?!
I think you should send a query to C4 (see contact us at bottom of page), and they will sort it out. I asked them for advice yesterday, and they replied within an hour
