Hi guys i'm a newbie so if this has already been covered just bump me off!!
My hubby tried to download 4od on the 17th this month but it froze 80% way through and we can't remove it through add+remove programes coz it says that a program does not exist!! or it is already in use.
we've been in contact with ch4 tech but everything they tell us to do either freezes or just don't work.
Kservice keeps croping up and says it's started in services but we just can't seem to delete it .
SOMEONE PLEASE HELP
