I recently changed my 4od password then a few days later i logged in but forgot i had changed it. after entering my old password a few times my account has become locked. I have since remembered i changed my password and remember what it is so do not need another but i need my account unlocked but dont know how to do it.
You'll probably need to contact 4oD support if you've locked your account and ask them to unlock it. Go to http://help.channel4.com/ and click 'Contact Us'
