Installed 4oD & had the same missing Adobe file problems as mentioned in this forum. I tried uninstalling but uninstall locked out & had to reboot. Their support has been useless, sometimes taking weeks to give me the same reoslution "uninstall & reinstall". They have ignored 3 requests for an escalation contact. Ever since the install Outlook won't load unless I'm connected to the internet & Internet explorer sometimes takes 4 or 5 attempts to find my home page. Downloading the Adobe file followed by uniinstall/re-install doesn't work either.
Does anyone know how can I rid of this useless and damaging software once and for all please ?
Might be a fluke but i had same prob.Fixed it by restart computer, disconect from router,go to add/remove programs click remove 4od,Presto it's gone.worked for me today 10 Sept 07 @13.30 B.S.T. Hope it works for you and the rest of the peeps. with the same prob. johnyo
