Please log into you PC using an Administrator account.
XP1. Download and Run the file from the link below: [URL=http://download.macromedia.com/pub/flashplayer/current/uninstall_flash_player.exe ]http://download.macromedia.com/pub/flashplayer/current/uninstall_flash_player.exe [/URL]then follow the instructions.
2. Download and Run the file from the link below:
[URL=http://fpdownload.macromedia.com/get/flashplayer/current/licensing/win/install_flash_player_active_x.msi ]http://fpdownload.macromedia.com/get/flashplayer/current/licensing/win/install_flash_player_active_x.msi [/URL]
then follow the instructions.
3. Open your Start Menu.
4. Click “Run…” and type in:
regsvr32 C:\windows\system32\macromed\flash\flash9e.ocx
5. Press Enter
You will then receive a configuration message

3. Open your Start Menu.
4. Under “Start Search”, type cmd.
5. cmd.exe should appear in the results box.
6. Right-click on cmd.exe and select “Run as Administrator”.
7. Follow any User Account Control prompts which appear.
8. In the cmd window, type in:
regsvr32 c:\windows\system32\macromed\flash\flash9e.ocx
9. Press Enter
You will then receive a configuration message
(If you get an error code 0x80070005 then you need to ensure that you used ‘Run as Administrator’ to launch the cmd window)
