So now we know Lucy works for something like the Probation Service or Drug Misuse Unit it means that she may work shifts and has been doing her normal work in the evenings or around the filming of the show ... ? Could explain how she has been able to be there for so long. Also two strong hints from Noel that there may be a new job on tv waiting for her??

She probably just had 3 weeks off work. Her employer must have known she was going on the show and let her have the time off.

I know she's from Bristol and the show is filmed in Bristol, but I doubt she'd be in the right frame of mind to do her job after a days filming. From the sounds of it, the contestants just end up in the hotel bar!
