I was watching today's 'Deal' in a cafe which had the telly's sound turned down. Could not work out why the elderly gentlement playing had a young man sat on a stool next to him. Can someone explain?
bondy_hartlepool is John's grandson and a member of this forum. It's not the first time they've brough on a seat for the game players friend/relative from the audience.

Yeah i was the young man sat next to john, i'm his grandson. don't worry, they haven't changed the concept of the game to two contestants playing at once!
