Talking of hair[Suzi]. I`m usually blonde. Shopping without specs two days before hols , thought I picked up usual colour dye. Put it on that night. Horror ! Looked like Anne Widdecombe before she went blonde.Used two lots of light blonde over next few hours. Not much difference.After a week in sun it looked a bit better but only now, 6 weeks later, anything like it was before. Will never shop without specs again!!!!!  |

I've had some near misses with colours but not such a shock as you had lilypop

It said ash blonde on the box, by the way, and my hairdresser says it shouldn`t have gone nearly black. I usually have beige blonde.
Any hairdressers out there can explain?

 I would think it's more likely that the machine which churns out the colours put the wrong one in the bottle which you bought! In that case, you could probably get some compensation from the supplier!! |

Thanks Muggy. My hairdresser said to ring them but it`s fine now that I`ve used my usual colour.Left it until this week as I`d had 3 lots of colour within a day, and thought I`d better give it time to recover.
Funny thing was everyone I met said "like your new hair colour" but think they were being kind, bless them.

The sun has got his hat on hip hip hip horray! Forum slow again today but I have just heard that Chanelle has walked from the bb house so it'll probably be their forum causing the problems but hey, it doesn't matter, not now the sun has arrived |

Good afternoon nan and lilypop. Been tipping it down all day here today too - it's so depressing isn't it?? Can't get into the garden or do anything outdoors much. I've spent hours in the garden this year on the few days when it's been nice and now I can't see where I've been! Total waste of time. Anyway, weather apart, enjoy the rest of your day both of you.
