Good morning all,just typed a big piece and have had to start again has i had the setting wrong .
Here`s a shorter version...Vomiting bug is in our town,the doctor has it.Know wonder i don`t go to the surgery very often,you can come out of their more ill than when you went in
My foot is playing me up and as i have had trouble in the past i thought i`d better return(hmmm forget the shorter version if anything it`s longer)

hi there everyone ,sorry to hear your under the weather andrea hope u are well soon hope every one had a gd christmas and new year my little charlie was a real giddy kipper on xmas day he didnt want to miss a thing he certainly slept that night he was so tired but hes such a gd babyxxxxxxhope this year is good and happy for everyone .....hi to everyone .......keep trying with the dond .... i wonder when the competition starts again its about time??????xxxxx

awwww thanx rosebud yeah i suppose just tink when that teethin starts but i try think we have all been little babies ...its just my turn to look after 1 thats all....then my patience will be tested??????? hes so very gd though im lucky ............charlie sends a gurgle

Hi anne. I didn't try to post yesterday but it was terribly windy here yesterday evening. However, although cold today, loads of sunshine (heavy rain forecast) so it's not been too bad! Hope you're recovering well and will soon be able to get about more. Want to borrow the dog? Take care and look after yourself.

Went to physio this morning they said I was doing 'brilliantly' My partner and I are planning lots of walks starting in a few weeks as he wants to loose some weight too. Hi anne and muggy, nice to hear from you both and pleased you are both o k. Not so bad myself, had a letter from the hospital asking me when I wanted my op, going to wait and see how my husband gets on, he has had some tests but no results yet hope no news is good news, must say he is looking much better and has his appetite back. Will give me a chance to get a few more pounds off. Have got back on track and lost 3lbs this week 18 in total, I was slimmer of the week at class and won a basket of fruit so I will certainly be having my 5 a day with it all. We have had rain this afternoon but fine now, the wind this morning dried the washing off to iron it now.

Hi rosebud, congrats on your slimmer of the week award, you have done very well. Hope hubby's tests results are good and that you soon get the op. I will be thinking of you both.

I didn`t heed your advice Linz....and when i came from the doctors i heard the receptionist say to a patient"there is nothing we can do for the vomiting bug ,i can only advise you to stay home".Soon as i got to my brothers i washed my hands in dettol spray

I`m sitting here feeling sorry for myself...(with my leg up,because i`ve took my support socks off.)
34 years ago i had a dvt,and lately i`ve had to wear socks because of pain when i excercise.Now i`ve got superficial thrombophlebitis.All because i over indulged on the wine and food at christmas(along with not wearing my socks for a few weeks)argh

The moral of the story is please do as the doctor tells you

Hi Anne, am up and down with this bug at the moment, keep thinking its getting better then it comes back and bites me on the bum! Twinkle seems to be on the mend though, so thats something.. Doc said just a virus and keep her dosed up with calpol! Hope you are well and we get to talk soon.

Hi to Linz, (Charlie), Muggy, Rosebud and Nan too.... Dull, wet and miserable here today!! Been a rough couple of weeks but, the evenings are getting lighter, and its only 2 months til spring!!!! I am seriously going to consider emigrating when the girls are grown up, this winter thing is just not healthy!! Hope you are feling better Nan and yes, you should listen to the doc!! Hello everyone, lucky you Rosebud, has been beastly here today, soggy and freezing cold! Over did things yesterday so wasn't up to much today and had a lazy day at home with twinkle... Gearing up for my trip to Bristol on Monday, now having that age old problem.....
