Incredible!! Are you saying Lindy that Nan objects to free speech? There is nothing whatsoever preventing her from posting. It is for her to challenge what she objects to. That is the whole point of Forums - discussion.  |

I hope your nan at home will come back on. She is obviously a main stay and enjoyed posting with her friends. I do feel sorry if anything we have said has put her off, and spoiled her enjoyment, it was never meant to, by me anyway, (or Roth if you look at his recent post on R&J) Besides which we have something in common, if her hubby works for Royal Mail, as mine does too!

It was someone called "M" who mentioned Nan by name. Odd thing to do in my opinion as Nan is just another fan of Dond and no different to anyone else on this forum. It can't be nice to read another forum and see your name mentioned in that way.

I know M, she is lovely, a nice lady and I know she would not want to spoil anyones enjoyment. I think things just got a bit out of hand. I hope Nan reads this and comes back soon!

HI ROTH. "free country" does that mean they are going to pay for my shopping bill, I wish, had a great day we have some good shops, you may have heard of the Bull Ring and Merry Hill both in easy distance for me. |

I assumed Amanda was referring to a call centre as most of them seem to be there. Probably wrong and she`s off on holiday. Do tell , Amanda. I stayed there once and the heat was terrific so stock up with the high factor if you go.[ The olive oil and vinegar I used is so out of fashion these days, but the tan was great !] |

Hello Rosie I haven't been to Mumbai, although I have just had an invitation from 'M' who has had a lot to do with throught work and a love of the place. I worked and lived in the Middle East for 15 years, in Saudi, it was a bit hot there at times!! Not easy to get a tan either becuase of the layer of dust in the atmosphere, but lots of hols to nice places compensated! The only contact I have really had with Mumbai is the long suffering BT Broadband help team there!

Awe guys,thanks for your concerns,i`m not leaving completely,just not posting as much.... Hemlocks right,seeing my name on another forum made me shudder, as she doesn`t know what i`m really like.I`m just another poster,nothing special(only to friends and family). You all take care in the storm today.

Hopefully nan you will not let us put you off, I really am sorry if you felt rattled as your fame spreaqd to the other site, we can get quite fired up, not an excuse I know, but please come back to your flock, they are obviously missing you! We are quite harmless really!
