It's my wedding anniversary tomorrow - there's a lot of us celebrating in the month of May - we're not romantic though, we send the same card to each other every year. We do the same with Valentine cards, birthday cards and Xmas cards -it's our little contribution to reducing our carbon footprints by saving some trees!

[ Am taking my big girly up to London at the weekend as she has an audition for the x-factor!! Being realistic we know only a very small percentage get through the first round but she was adamant she wanted to try - have had to cancel all my Birthday plans for the weekend but it will be nice to have a couple of days just the 2 of us.

I really enjoy the X Factor. Hope your daughter does well Andrea. Let us all know how she gets on.

Even though we send the same card year in year out we do have an nice time on our anniversary. Husband is off work and we are going to the pub at lunch time. We are then having scallops, followed by steak and rocket salad in the evening - hubby's cooking, it's the meal Gordon Ramsay made on his cookalong and it's delicious.
