Hi LINDY hope you like your hairstyle, my hairdresser neighbour cut mine for the 1st time yesterday I am so pleased with it, usually I come home from the hairdressers and start fiddling with my hair, must say this is the best cut I've had in a long time and haven't had to mess with it. Thanks rosebud I will. Glad you like your hair,it really cheers you up when you have your hair done. There was an offer on in a posh hairdressers in Newcastle, wash,cut blow-dry and straightened all for £9.95, bargain and it's lovely.

Hi Muggy, Lindy, Rosebud, glad you are happy with your new hairstyles. You got a great bargain Lindy. I have a niece who is a mobile hairdresser, she does a great cut n blow for £11.50 I would pay her more but that is her going rate. Lovely sunny day here again. Went to a meeting in Manchester, it is nice to visit the City but I'm glad I don't have to work there every day anymore. Hope you enjoyed your 'chill out' Muggy after your early start. I love to get up early when the sun is out, it is the best part of the day. Bye for now.

Good morning ladies you get you hair done cheap, my neighbour charged me £35 for a cut and blow dry (she must have heard I won £2k on the lotto) worth it as I am still able to manage it as the cut is so good it just falls into place. Will have to think about it next time as I've treated the family with my winnings(2 teenage granddaughters having a spending spree) having a new front door to go with the new windows we had fitted last month, all clean and tidy now. Morning everyone. No sun here at the moment I'm afraid - looks like mist so, hopefully, it will clear later. I haven't been out with McLeod this morning rosebud - my husband couldn't sleep so he got up really early and took the dog for me, so I got a lie in - still up at 6.30 a.m though. You all seem pleased with your new hairstyles - cheers you up no end doesn't it? I'm lucky - the salon where I used to go in my village closed a couple of years ago but my hairdresser is now mobile and she either comes to me or I go to her and she only charges £6.00 for a trim. She must be good as I've had a couple of ladies stop me while I've been out shopping, asking who does my hair as it's cut really well. She also put me some blonde highlights in a couple of weeks ago and only charged me £15.00. I think your neighbour's charges are a bit steep rosebud, but as long as you're really pleased with the cut, then it's worth it. Hope you all enjoy your day and that the sun shines on you. It's my birthday tomorrow, unfortunately, and it's usually nice weather then, so fingers crossed! One of my sons is in Cyprus for a fortnight - his brother-in-law decided to get married out there as, apparently, it's cheaper than getting married here, and my son's the best man. Just hope they put plenty of sun-block on their two young children as they're really fair skinned and it's supposed to be quite hot there at the moment. Must go - still got some housework to do. Hi anne. I didn't really get the chance to chill out as my Mum rang and asked if I would take to Morrisons as she needed rather a lot of shopping and said she wouldn't be able to carry it from the bus stop! Two and half hours later, I finally got home and it was time to take McLeod for a walk and start of getting the evening meal prepared. My husband is really good and often does the meal in the evening but I feel rather guilty when he does that, as he is still working full-time. Hope you have a lovely day and a great weekend. Mum's taking me us out on Sunday for a meal as my birthday treat, so that will give us time in the morning to get the garden sorted - weather permitting. Speak to you soon. Take care.

Hi anne, Having a new front door fitted out of lotto winnings, taking family out for a meal (only 6 of us so not too expensive) and giving the rest to the 2 granddaughters a 17 and 20 year old so they will have a spend up on upgrading their wardrobes I expect, done my wardrobe when I lost my weight,(down 2 dress sizes) by the way still keeping it off so far, health saga goes on butI keep going, refused another op as too risky, enjoy your weekend everyone, haven't seen weather forecast yet.
