I used to be 5ft, and was horrified when I was measured at the doctor's a couple of years ago and found I had shrunk to 4ft.11. I only wish my circumference would shrink too, I'm not confessing measurements apart from height, nor weight!
Anyway, the important thing is to keep the old brain ticking over, and Forums like this one do that. I don't think mine is too bad for 82. Both my parents had all their marbles to the end, Dad 87, Mother 95, so there's hope for me yet.
