am i alone in giving up about getting on the show now?..are there others around who went to the mid feb auditions and didnt get on also?... or did some get the call and are staying quiet now...whats the latest?,and didnt they get enough from feb auditions in manchester,london,and bristol cos i hear they are auditioning in bristol end of this month...

I'm in the process of trying to get an answer to this question. I wonder if they are storing up auditionees for the remainder of the year or if they do it on a month by month basis - i can't imagine that the latter is true purely because the auditions are a logisitcal nightmare and take up a lot of man hours to organise and analize afterwards.
There is no point in ringing up and asking them about individuals because I have absolutely no doubt whatsoever that we will get the standard answer - if you don't get the call then you haaven't got on. However, an idea of whether they are saving some people for later in the year would be nice.

BUT to be honest it would probably save your sanity if you did give up as I can't imagine the percentage of sucess is very high

ive give up now really,but you still wonder if out of the blue you could get that call...is bristol the only audition(or like feb,auditions in london,manchester,and bristol)..could many people be picked and called after next audition,including people from feb?....also do they file a reserve list in case a person picked cannot make it for whatever reason?

I have only heard of the Bristol ones this month so I'm not sure. At the end of the day you never know, but one thing I do know is that you will drive yourself insane if you continue to speculate

I've asked someone to put this question to one of the producers and we may (or may not) get an answer. I'll let you know, but I'm not holding out much hope .

yeah thanks for that...thats right you will drive yourself insane,its a shame we didnt audition close to when show first started,as it was less popular and more chances to be picked i think....feb auditions were as show started to hit the heights....anyway gave it best shot at audition,cant do no more than go to audition and hope..if not then thats life..

I ALSO HEARD ON THE GRAPEVINE THEY ALSO AUDITIONED IN GLASGOW AND BELFAST SO LOTS TO CHOOSE FROM. FRUSTRATING NOT KNOWING THOUGH

BUT AT THE M/C AUDITIONS THERE WERE LOADS OF STUDENTS WHO ARE NOT AVAILABLE MAY AND JUNE DUE TO EXAMS SO YOU NEVER KNOW !!!!!

YEP I'M IN THE DIDN'T HEAR ANYTHING CLUB TOO. YOU'D THINK THE PRODUCERS COULD POST SOMETHING ON THIS SITE TO LET US KNOW WHAT HAPPENS AND IF THEY HAVE AS MANY PLAYERS AS THEY NEED THEN WE REALLY SHOULD GIVE UP HOPE OF THE CALL BUT READ MY POST BELOW ... I'VE STILL NOT REALLLLLLY GIVEN UP ALL HOPE YET

yeah,thats true...like you say ,they should send out a message(on this forum maybe)...to stop people from waiting all the time,...alot of time has gone since my audition so i think my chance has gone,but you never know..a couple of people have said dond told them they may hear up to may?...but they said 3-4 weeks at my audition.....

Well i got a phonecall at my works and was really chuffed but they didn't mention nuthing bout auditions or anything does that meen i got no hope or should i keep hoping...???????????????????

I went to the mid feb auditions. If i had only just had the call last week and i was busting to tell everyone on here i had been selected but i had been asked by the production team not to mention it on here then i wouldn't if you know what i mean !?!?!?

hmmm...well i think I know what you mean. If I were to have had a call, i think i would be thinking about being a little bit criptic. Anyways congradulations on having two stars if you know what I mean miss boo..I really envy you.
