Just seen prog. about customer service in Banks!!!!!
Today I went into the bank to order a credit card for our hols. used my debit card to intiate the proceedings......was done but only my husband was allocated a card, she was mystified and said sign this form and I will order you an additional card.
A hour after I got home the same lady rang from the bank, very embarrased, asking me MY NAME, it was not on their computer.
I have been using that Bank and that Branch for over 30 years...........
